Through Confidence Coaching and Personal Styling, transform your look to match your true self. No more hiding—this is about embodying the leader you are and making a statement with every step. You'll leave feeling confident and looking the part.

Week 3: Building Your Power Network
Join a High-Impact Networking Event and receive strategic business introductions, where you’ll connect with like-minded people who support and elevate each other. This is your chance to form powerful collaborations and strategic partnerships in a community that truly gets it.

Week 4: Visibility Blueprint
Step into a Media & Branding Strategy Session, where you’ll craft a compelling personal brand and plan your first media feature—be it a podcast, article, social media opportunity or a speaking event. Learn how to position yourself as the go-to expert in your field, and step confidently into the spotlight.

Week 5: Strategic Action & Execution
In the Strategy Lab, create a clear action plan to amplify your visibility and take your business strategy to the next level. End the week with a Personal Reflection & Vision Workshop to celebrate your progress and map out your next steps with confidence.

Week 6: The Spotlight Experience
Step into the Spotlight Showcase—your moment to present your growth and share your story in a supportive environment. With newfound confidence and a refined image, you’ll command the room, receiving motivating feedback and leaving ready to conquer your next big leap.

    • Monthly 1:1 Mentorship with Founder, Bethanie Lunn (1 session per month): A private coaching call to dig into your personal and business growth, refine strategies, and troubleshoot challenges.

Overview:
Flexi allows you to tailor your experience based on your current business needs. You pick and choose the services that suit you best each month, whether that’s media support, personal branding, or leadership coaching. Perfect for those who want to remain agile while receiving targeted, high-quality support.

    • Kickoff Audit & Strategy Call (Week 1): Similar to the All-In package, we begin with a full audit of your business and personal image. This sets the foundation for your tailored journey.

    • Monthly 1:1 Mentorship (1 session per month): A private monthly session with one of our experts (could be Bethanie or a specialised consultant depending on your needs).

    • Flexible Services: Every month, you can select from the following services:

    Additional Details

    • How to pay: When the waitlist closes and you will be sent the agreed payment plan that you decide with Bethanie. Most people pay via PayPal or similar on our online shop which will be shared with you.

    • Discount codes: If you have a special code to enter, this can be applied at checkout when the online shop is shared with you upon waitlist closure and course commencement, whoo!

    • Courses as Extras: If you're in the Flexi or Membership packages and want more than the included course, additional courses can be purchased as add-ons, based on your needs.

    • Workshops: Workshops are primarily live and tailored to specific topics. However, selected workshops may also be available on-demand for a limited time after the event.

    • Consultant Availability: Consultants are available on an as-needed basis. You can tap into their expertise when specific issues arise or when you need targeted guidance. Your discovery call and regular sessions (package dependent), will guide you as to which consultants you will benefit from working with most. Consultant time is included in the the Flexi and All-in packages, but is bespoke to each individual. The time, person / people, service, support and frequency will be decided with you from the start and regularly reassessed.

  • For the Spring Waitlist, we officially kick off Wednesday 23rd April 2025, officially spring - a time of fresh starts and new beginnings. The waitlist is open until then, and from there, we’ll be welcoming our first client pool into the programme.

    We open our doors every new season—so if now isn’t the right time, the next intake will be in July, October 2025 and January 2026.

    But spaces fill fast since we keep numbers limited to ensure every client gets the time, strategy, and focus they deserve.
